Step 1: Enroll & complete the 60 Hour DC Salespersons licensing course to earn your real estate license.

Days: Tues & Thurs [May: 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29. June 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24]
Hours: 6 PM – 10 PM
Cost: $450 Now $365, includes text books,
Step 2: Complete Nation and State real estate exam
Cost: $70; test adminstered by DC Real Estate Commission
Step 3: Affiliate with CityDwellers
Step 4: After completion of the Salespersons Licensing course, you will automatically be enrolled in our Boocamp training where you:
- Work with motivated Sellers and Buyers
- Find and negotiating deals
- Drafting Purchase Agreements
- Meeting prospective clients
- Answering Phones and Scheduling Appointments
- Organizing and Maintaining Client Contact databases
- Marketing development and support
- Processing Paperwork
- Emailing Management
- Perform other such related duties

Refunds Policy: A Full refund will be issued if a course or program is closed, cancelled or discontinued by CityDwellers, LLC or Team One Properties. Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to the class start date to receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. If a student withdraws after the first day of instruction, the cancellation fee of $50 will be withheld and the tuition will be refunded as follows:

Parking Instructions: There is typically parking on Q St NW across from the Valero gas station, or First St NW or Quincy Pl NW. If you park in a space with a 2-hr limit, do not worry. Parking is unlimited on Saturday’s. Come on in. The door will be unlocked.
Transit Instructions: To get to our office, Take the red line to NoMa/Galludet, which is the stop after Union Station. Get off the metro and take the Florida Ave exit. Walk along Florida Ave NE cross over NY Ave NE towards Wendy’s on the left. Keep walking. You will pass Exxon on the left @ North Capitol. Cross over North Capitol. You will reach NW, DC. CityDwellers is located on the main floor of the pink brownstone on your right side. Come on in. The door will be unlocked.
